Design Wall Monday

I thought I would share a little stitching on this design wall Monday, since I don't have much new sewing to share since last week.  Between long hours on a plane, stitch nights with my mom and neighbor, and lots of tv watching during the Olympics, I have made  good progress on some of my smaller stitching projects over the last few months. Here they are, just waiting to be finished - not sure how I will finish them - probably frame a few and make one or two into pillows or wall hangings.
Work continues on the stocking for my nephew, and I have started the backstitching on it, so the end is nearing. I have one other big project after that which is in progress and probably about 1/3 of the way done. I am looking forward to getting back to working on it after about 5 years!

I have the day to myself today, so am planning to give my HQ some love and finish the panel that has been loaded on it since late July. I have a little bit of a creative block on how to quilt it, so I think I just need to go start! Hope you have a great Monday!

Way to go on all the stitching! I still have something that i have been working on for years and I'm to the back stitching phase. But I've been there for at least 3 years. Lol

Great stitching. I can appreciate the work that went into them. I used to be a marathon xstitcher. Then quilting took over my life. :) See you in October!
