I am planning to participate in 2 UFO challenges in 2011 - one with Judy Laquidara and her bloggies, and another with my bee. Both challenges run effectively the same way - list the projects you want to get done in a certain timeframe (1 per month with Judy/1 per quarter with the bee) and the hostess of the challenge will pull a number from a hat at the beginning of the time and you'll work on that UFO.
I will keep this page updated throughout the year with my progress.
For Judy's challenge:
1. & 2. Stained glass log cabin (the work that remains on this will take me more than one month, so I will work on it twice in the year) - both numbers have been selected, and I haven't even pulled it out...maybe next year!
3. Finish quilting and bind Lois' Schnibbles quilt - selected and finished in November
4. Halloween wall hanging - quilt and bind - selected in April finished Oct 21st
5. Convergence Quilt - add borders, quilt and bind - selected in October, top finished
6. Jenna's Butterfly Fling - finished January 31st
7. Lois' Bow Ties - selected in August, finished Sept 26th
8. Cupcake table runner - finished May 8th
9. Christmas table runner - finished May 23rd
10. Esterita Austin wall hanging - selected in February, finished in April
11. Cherish Nature wallhanging - quilt and bind, selected in September
12. Lois' Las Vegas quilts - add hanging sleeves and label - selected in December
For my bee challenge:
1. Quilt and Bind Five Easy Pieces, our bed quilt - selected Q1 and finished March 29th
2. Quilt and Bind Curvalishish - selected for Q4, quilting finished
3. Finish top, quilt and bind my Judy L. quilt - selected for and completed in Q2
4. Quilt and finish Market Bags - selected for and completed in Q3
