She keeps me busy!

When my mom saw that one of my goals for the year was to quilt 20 quilts, she started getting some of hers lined up and ready to go! She knows that she can help me achieve this goal and it is a good bartering point for me when I need a babysitter :)
Ugh - blogger is flipping my photos...turn head to the right to see correct orientation of quilt.
This quilt is one that she made at one of our retreats (I can't remember which one) and is from a Thimbleberries kit.  I finished it off just in time for her to take with her and bind so that she can give it as a gift.

I did a custom quilting job and did a little bit of everything - holly leaves, loops, wavy lines, berries (circles), and figure 8s on the roofs.
She has the next one for me waiting to be picked up :)  And the good news it that I am well on my way to achieve my goal - I've got 10 quilts done on the Avante already this year and it isn't even July yet!
