Memorial Weekend Stash Report

This was a slow week for the stash, but I am working hard this weekend to get the remaining borders on my version of Judy's quilt (last shown here). I have 4 down and 5 to go, but I think I may not have enough fabric for the last border (yes, I might run out of fabric for this quilt again! The first one I ran out of the was the black accent/border and my mom found some for me in Paducah this year), so I may stop before her last border on her pattern. I am mainly looking at it each round to see if I would be happy with it stopping there...if not, I keep going.

I only had one FQ go out this week for a birthday FQ exchange, so the report stays largely like last week's:

Fabric added this week: 0 yards
Fabric used this week: 1/4 yard

Fabric added year to date: 19 5/8 yards
Fabric used year to date: 36 1/3 yards

Net fabric used: 17 7/8 yards....getting closer to that 20 yard mark, which I hope to pass in the next few weeks as I prep a couple backs.

Pattern usage remains the same: 0 net used

you're almost there. A couple of backs should put you over. If you're like me, you'd celebrate by treating yourself to a few FQs.

Getting close! And you will find a border solution for your quilt. If not just post a picture of the fabric that you are missing - and we'll see if somebody has it in their stash.

Beautiful quilt, love your colors. Good luck on making your goal of 20 yards out!
