Stash Report - Week 36

It was a quiet week for the stash and the sewing room. I got the pieced borders put onto my Judy L. quilt and I am loving how it looks! Borders 1 & 4 fit like a charm. I had to work in 2 & 3 a little bit, but they seem to be doing okay. I had an email late in the week from a quilter in Wisconsin who has the fabric I've run out of for borders - hooray! - so we're going to trade some fabric and I will be able to add the borders soon.

It's beautiful! I'm so glad you were able to find someone with the fabric you needed. I didn't find it in my batik stash for you. The quilting community is so helpful and affirming! Have a great week.

Beautiful. I'm at the same borders again, I had a major wave problem on some of the borders. If I followed Judy's directions to cut the borders to her numbers and do the conquer and divide I would have been fine. I learnt a lesson on borders. Each quilt I do, is getting easier.
The quilt looks great!!! Happy to hear that someone has the fabric that you need! :)
