Stash Report - Week 26

I can hardly believe this stash report brings us to halfway through the year! I am so happy to look through my list of fabric added and used so far this year and am really happy with my progress. This week was relatively slow - got just a little sewing in. I did get one of the big baby nine patches backed, and hope to get it finished up (I usually embroider the name on it) later this week. This one is for Baby K who was born in March. Two more to be gifted soon, and then I am almost caught up on baby gifts.

Sorry no pictures tonight - the camera took a bad fall this weekend and I am not sure she's going to make it. It still opens and kinda focuses, but the pictures have lines all across them. May be time to throw in the towel and get a newer one.

Fabric added this week: 0
Fabric used this week: 1 yard

Fabric added year to date: 15 3/4 yards
Fabric used year to date: 63 3/4 yards

Net fabric used: 48 yards!

I am hoping I can get to 100 by the end of the year! I may have to give some fabric away to make that happen, as I only have one or two other big projects on tap...and I will definitely need to keep staying out of quilt shops!

Yes, you can do it! Just 52 more yards to go in 26 weeks. Hm, 2 yrds a week. It always sounds so doable (I am in the same boat as you are), and then life sets in.
Had a question concerning your HQ: are you happy with it? Which version do you have, with stitch regulator? Would you buy it again?
Thank you!

Barb, don't get her started on her HQ. She loves it as I know she will tell you. If you had told me seven years ago when I moved to IN that she would be a "mad quilter" I would have disagreed. We do have a good time quilting together.

WAY TO GO!!! I think that I need to adjust my goal to net 50 or even ZERO! lol
