Stash Report - Week 6

I prepped a back this week, which is always good for stash busting! I also made a Colts bag that you'll see on my blog later today. And, I gave my mom some of my inherited fabric to use for her Pay It Forward bags! Lots of good stash usage this week and I still have that new block of the month to start, so I am hoping to have a good week next week too!

Fabric used this week: 4 1/2 yards
Fabric added this week: 0

Fabric used year to date: 14 3/8 yards
Fabric added year to date: 0

Total fabric used: 14 3/8 yards

And so far, I have managed to keep myself away from all the quilt shop football widow sales!

Woo hoo! You're doing great, Jennifer. I'm looking forward to seeing the Colts bag.
Looking good!! And you deserve a HUGE pat on the back for avoiding the sales!! I have done good on that front, too! :)

I couldn't help myself and I armwrestled my way through the sale with a few purchases.

I'm really impressed with your ability to not add to your stash. Keep up the good work.

I'm impressed that you haven't given in the the sales this weekend too. I had good intentions, but work in a quilt shop parttime -- now tell me, how does one NOT come home with something?? It just jumped in my tote, I'm sure. Good totals for stash busting. Dar
My totals so far this year are: 22.25 yards IN, and 16 7/8 yards OUT. And, I'm heading down to sew on this SNOW DAY where I'll bust another yard or two working on a mystery quilt. I work in a shop, too, Dar, but, I've been "better" since keeping track like this. What I've brought in is "mostly" for designated "works in progress".
